The class is thoroughly enjoying all of the recyclable materials you have sent in.  We're not only using them to build structures, we've spent the week transforming our classroom into a grocery store!

(We'll be voting on a name for our store this week!)

Recyclable materials= Preschool building blocks!

We reused the materials you provided to practice sorting aluminum, cardboard, paper and plastic

We reused milk jugs to play catch in the gym!

During Large Group we went for a walk around Jefferson to collect garbage.  Later we brainstormed how all the trash got there.  We talked about how we can be responsible and care for our Earth!
